Mrs. Joseph Sovey died Wednesday afternoon at her home north of Harrisville, following a long illness from cancer.
For the past week her condition has been critical and her death was not unexpected.
She is survived by her husband and six children. Funeral arrangements had not been made when the Review went to press.
News of Mrs. Sovey's death was received too late to permit the preparation of a complete obituary notice for this paper; it will appear in the next issue of the Review.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning at St. Anne's church for the late Mrs. Joseph Sovey, brief mention of whose death was made in last week's Review. Rev. Fr. Ryan officiated and interment was made in the family lot in the West cemetery.
Margaret Sears was born March 11, 1845 in Branford, Ont., and died at her home in Harrisville on Wednesday, Nov. 19th. She was married to Joseph Sovey on October 15, 1871, and they lived in Harrisville for 40 years, coming here from Au Sable in 1879.
Besides the husband there are six surviving children: John F. of Newberg, Oregon; Mrs. Wm. S. Freer of Curan, Mich.; Mrs. H.J. Cole of Wyandotte, Mich.; Mrs. H.A. Stewart of Corry, Pa.; Joseph W. and Omar at home.
