The Michigan State Society marked Ste. Anne Catholic Church on Saturday October 30, 2010. President General Sandra Renzy was in attendance. Members toured the museum and gift shop. We received a history presentation of the Catholic Church and its significance to the island community. We were also able to tour the inside of the church and see their beautiful stain glass windows. Members of both Ste. Anne and the State Society had lunch at a local restaurant before returning on the 2:30 pm ferry. We had a wonderful trip and marking.
