Miss Rosemary Mayotte of Duluth is home visiting her father here.
A number of strawberry pickers of the Soo were Sunday visitors and trampled some of the farmers hay to their great disgust.
Clement Sylvester of Payment was up here transacting busines one day this week.
Mr. and Mrs. James Thompson gave a picnic down at the beach at their boat house Sunday. All their near relatives were presnt: Harry Arthens and Lyon Cairns, Mrs. Nellie Cairns and baby, Mrs. Mary Stephenson and two chidlren, Mrs. Minnie Payment and two boys, Miss McFarlane.
Mr. William McIntosh and little son called on David Johnston Sunday.
Mrs. Raymond Mastaw and her son Fred of the Soo spent Sunday here.
Little Dorothy Cardenall of the Soo is visiting at Mrs. Julian Gravelle's this week.
Miss Ann Sherry of Brimley was down visiting Mrs. Eliza McFarlane one day this week.
Mrs. Ann Payment who has been visiting her aunt, Mrs. Penny at Payment last week has returned home.
Urban and George Payment who have been working at the Carbide spent Sunday and Monday with their mother here.
Louis Myotte is at present working in the Soo.
Earl Fraser of Detroit who has been visiting his brother for the past two weeks returned home this week.
Soo callers last week were David Johnson, Louis LaBatte, Joseph Leask, Jr., James Thompson, Lynn Cairns, Mrs. Nellie Cairns, Mrs. Paul Leask and little son Ambrose and Mr. Peel.
Little Miss Estella Belanger of the Soo is visiting at Mrs. Paul Leask's this week.
Mrs. Mary Jane Miron's little girl who had her leg badly hurt is improving nicely.
