One of our gay Fiberites
presented to one whom he considered his lady love a handsome gold watch
and chain, but findhing his gift unappreciated, has asked for its return.
M.C. Traynor still lingers
at Fiber and is very complimentary in his remarks on this section of the
country.
The sad news of the death
of a sister-in-law, called Mr. and Mrs. G.H. Murphy to Appleton, Monday.
E. Lang of the Soo, spent
part of the week at Fiber soliciting orders for the firm of Aitken &
Lang.
The Fiber Milling Co., has
a large tie contract and is running night and day to fill it.
Miss Bertha Fiewelling returned
from our visit to Bay Mills Tuesday.
Murphy & Stafford have
their pulp wood nearly loaded.
O. M. Stafford and wife
returned from the Soo Monday.
F.H. Taylor, of Rudyard,
was in town Monday.
