Cecelia Terbrack, 85, Ruth, died March 7 at Autumnwood, Deckerville, after a short illness.
She was born
Surviving are eight daughters: Mrs. Arthur (Evelyn) Learman, Harbor Beach; Mrs. Frank (Jeanette) Seidl, Ferndale; Mrs. Arthur (Rita) Glaza, Minden City; Mrs. Norman (Beatrice) Glaza, Hazel Park; Mrs. Bill (Matilda) Johnson, Gaylord; Mrs. Jerome (Adalaide) Block, Ruth; Mrs. Kenneth (Alice) Sadro, Bad Axe; and Mrs. Richard (Rosalia) Holdwick, Bad Axe, four sons: Marvin Terbrack Harbor Beach; Clarence Terbrack, Troy; John Terbrack, Southgate; and Donald Terbrack, Ruth. 78 grandchildren, 98 great-grandchildren, one brother, Allen Booms, Harbor Beach and four sisters, Helen Schultz, Harbor Beach Mary Kramer, Ruth, Frances Booms, Pigeon and Mrs. Elmer (Florence) Ramisch, Minden City. She was preceded in death by four children, Herbert Terbrack, Herman Terbrack, Marius Terbrack and Gerald Terbrack and three grandchildren.
Services were Monday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ruth. The Rev. Loren Kalinowski, pastor officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Robert Zurek, 79, of Bad Axe passed away on
Monday March 26, 2007at this home. He was born February 19, 1928in , son of the late Boniface and Phoebe (Lorkowski) Zurek. He married Jardine Depcinski on Detroit April 16, 1971. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Jardine Zurek of Bad Axe; one son, Robin (Carol) Zurek of Bad Axe; one step-son, David (Sherry) Mitchell of Ubly; two step-daughters, Paula Mitchell of Bad Axe, Julie (Mike) Sutherland of Bad Axe; one brother, Melvin (Jean) Zurek of Harbor Beach; four sisters, Evelyn Kubacki of Ubly, Phyllis (Marvin) Kociba of Harbor Beach, Anna Mae (Gerald) Learman of Filion, Margaret (Jim) Ritter of Bad Axe; six grandchildren, Robert (Donna) Mitchell, Alaine Mitchell, Tonia (Chuck) Mosack, Tammy (Corey) Kalo, Adam Sutherland and Amy Sutherland, two great-granddaughters, Megan and Madison Mellendorf. He was preceded in death of one sister, Jeannette Guza.
Services will be conducted at
Thursday March 29, 2007at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bad Axe. Officiating will be Fr. James Carlson, pastor. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from to on Wednesday and from to on Thursday at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Bad Axe. A scripture service will be offered at on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Irvin is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ernestine of Ruth; six sons, Arthur (Marlene) Romzek of Tawas City, Daniel (Susan) Romzek of Ruth, Michael (Margaret) Romzek of Bad Axe, Isadore (Marian) Romzek of Ubly; one daughter Marie (Paul) Heilig of Minder City; 22 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Eugene (Evelyn) Romzek of Ubly, George (Charlotte) Romzek of Sandusky, David (Gerri) Romzek of Traverse City; four sisters, Mary Knoll of Caro, Agnes (William) Hool of Lupton, Juliann Steele of Warren, Dorothy (David) Rinke of Capac; three sisters-in-law, Susan Romzek of Anchorage, Alaska, Edna Lackowski of Bad Axe, Theresa McElgunn and her husband, Robert of Emmett; one brother-in-law, Bernard Smaglinski and his wife Susan or Harbor Beach. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ignatz Zmich and Suzie and Ignatz Glaza; her first husband, Robert Osantowski; and sons, Leonard, Archie and Wayne Osantowski.
