Quit Rents of Virginia, 1704

The second part of the Quit Rent Rolls of Virginia gives the five counties in the section of the state known as the Northern Neck. Their quit rents were paid to the Lords Proprietors, the Faifax-Culpepper family. None of these records are in existence, but the names of the owners are in the land grants of that period..
