of North Farnham in Richmond County, to Nicholas Flood of same, "Physihan",
for 50 £ sterling money of Great Britain and for several other qood
causes, all that tract of land whereon said Hightower now lives, being
in Richmond and North Farnham Parish, containing 290 acres bounded by Deacus'
Road, Abraham and Peter Goad, Mr. Robt Mitchell, James Willson,
Mr Jno Glascock. signed - John (x his mark) Hightower, Mary (Mary her mark
) Hightower. Wit -Godfrey Wilcox, Phillip Hillard (Hilliard), Wm Hitower,
