From William Bennet of Pittsylvania County, to Reuben Bennet, a grandson of the said William Bennet and the son of Peter Bennet, for all the natural love he has for the said William Bennet Jr, has given Reuben Bennet one certain tract of land of about 194 acres, being the lower part of a parcel of 264 acres conveyed to the said William Bennet by the executors of Richard Randolph, Gent of Henrico County dec'd. The land is in Pittsylvania County on the south side of Staunton River, and bounded by the old patent lines.
