From James Clement (Clements) of Pittslvania County, to Field Robertson of Pittslvania County, for 100 £, one certain tract of land in Pittslvania County on both sides of both forks of the Frying Pan Cr, bounded by John Cox, John Clement, Charls Goad, containing about 160 acres. Signed - James Clement. Wit - James Mitchell, Solomon Dalton, John Clement. Recorded Mar 20, 1778. Martha, the wife of the said James, came into court and relinquished her right of dower to the lands conveyed.
