Wm GOAD, witness to WHITE, HIGHTOR documents, 1727, 1728?

The first document is incomplete as all I copied at the Dallas library was the page with William's name on it.

 ........RICHARDSONs Old Field, thence up the Swamp along MITCHELLs line to a red Oak Stump standing on the head of a bottom near the Rowling Road being WILSONs corner, thence down WILSONs line by the Road to a marked red and Spanish Oaks, thence down the line of RICHARD MILLSes to the first beginning corner, Together with all appurtenances; To have and to hold the Fifty acres of land sold unto JOHN HIGHTOR his heirs during the term of one full year paying therefore paying one Ear of Indian Corne on Christmass day next if lawfully demanded, to the intent that by vertue of these presents and of the Statute for transferring uses into possession, JOHN HIGHTOR may be in the actuall possession of the premises and thereby be enabled to accept a grant of the inheritance thereof to him and his heirs; In Witness whereof the partieses to this Indenture have interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day and year first above written Sign'd Seal'd and Deliver'd in the presents of

At a Court held for Richmond County the first day of May 1728 THOMAS WHITE came into Court and acknowledged this his Deed unto JOHN HIGHTOR which was admitted to Record

THIS INDENTURE made the Second day of March Anno Dom: one thousand seven hundred and twenty seven Between THOMAS WHITE and MARY his Wife of County of Richmond and Pish of Farnham of one part &ad JOHN HIGHTER of Pish and County aforesaid of other part-, Witnesseth that THOMAS WHITE and MARY his Wife in consideracon of the sum of Eight hundred pounds of tobacco in hand paid or secured to be paid, the receipt whereof they acknowledge themselves to be therewith fully satisfied, hath and by these presents do bargain sell and release unto JOHN HIGHTER his heirs being in the actual possession of JOHN HIGHTER by vertue of a Lease thereof made to him and of a Statute of transferring uses into possession one parcell of land containing Fifty acres scituate in County of Richmond and Pish aforesaid and bounded, Beginning (the bounds of the land repeated as in the Lease); To have and to hold the fifty acres of land and premises unto JOHN HIGHTER his heirs to be holden of the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the premises for the rents and services of the same due and accustomed to be paid, and THOMAS WHITE and MARY his Wife and their heirs the fifty acres of land and premises with appurtenances shall warrant and defend against any person lawfully claiming the same; In Witness whereof the parties to this Indenture hath interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day and year first above written Sign'd Seal'd and Deliver'd in presents of
