Nathalie, Virginia p 25 - (Terence, Shockley and Adkins to Procession) Pursuant to an Order of the County Court of Halifax bearing Date the Seventeenth Day of July last past for this Vestry to Appoint
Processioners &c According to Law, whereupon it is Ordered that Leonard Terence, Richard Shockley and William Adkins do Procession the Bounds of every particular Persons Lands from the Mouth of Sycamore Creek to the Mouth of
Pigg River, and up the said River to Snow Creek and up the said Creek to Turkey Cock Creek, and all the Lands between the said Sycamore and Turkey Cock up to the Ridge, and it is further Ordered that the Processioners aforesaid do
begin their said Work on the first Monday in January next, and take and return to the Vestry on or before the last Day of March next ensuing an Account of every Persons Lands they shall so Procession and of the Persons present at
the same and what Lands in their Precincts they shall fail to Procession and the particular Reasons of such failure. p 41 - (Terence e al Report of Processioning) Leonard Terence, Richard Shockley and William Adkins returned

William Cawlay and Richd olfend and henry Chiles Returen on don for tha know not his lines allso Porssend for Jau~s Bobit won Tract of Land aliso William Adkines won act of Land allso for Richd Shockley won tract of Land allso for
Francis Kearby won Tract of Land allso for Wm. Linch won Tract of Land. Porssoned by William Adkins, and Richd Shockley and Leonard Tarance". p 43 - A vestry was held Nov 30th, 1756
p 63 (Adkerson Shockley & Witcher to Procession) Pursuant to an order of the County Court of Halifax bearing date the seventeenth day of August last past for this Vestery to appoint Persesioners according to Law wherupon it
is ordered that William Adkerson Richard Shockley and William Witcher do Pursesion the bounds of every Persons Land from Arthur Beardings up Pigg River on both sides to the head and that they begin the Said work on the last day of
January and Return to the Vestery on or before the last day of March Ensuing an Account of every perticular persons Land they shall Persesion and the persons present at the same and what Land in their Bounds they failed to

Pursuant to an order of the County Court of Halifax hearing date the 18th day of Augt. last past for this Vestery to appoint processioners according to law whereupon it is ordered that Jamess Dillard William Witcher Richard
Shockley and Arthur Bearding do procession all the Pattent Land in the following bounds Beginning at the Mouth of Frying Pan Creek Keeping up Pigg River borth sides to the Mouth of Snow Creek and down the Ridges to the Beginning
and that they Begin the said work by the last day of December and Return to the Vestery by the last day of March next an account of every persons land they shall procession and the persons present at the same and what lands in the
said bounds they failed to procession and the Reasons of such failure. |
