State vs.Ephraim Shockley  (Issd.)

 Forfd Reign

This day came the Solicitor and the defendant being solemnly called to appear here in Court and bring with him the body of a certain John Winningham to answer this State on a charge for petit Larceny agreeable to the tenor and effects of his said recognizance failed  so to do, whereby he hath forfeited to the use of the State the sum of $250. unless sufficient cause be shown of his inability so to do, at the next term of this court.  Whereupon it is ordered that a writ of Soerifacias issued directed &c. returnable here &c.
