    vs.
 John Winningham

Indt. for P. Larceny

   This day came Ephraim Shockley and Williams Sparkman into open court and surrendered here the body of the Defendant in discharge of themselves, and they from their recognerance in this behalf declared and forever discharged and the defendant is prayed in custody of the Sheriff of White County who being here in Court received the body of said Defendant into his custody. .
