This day came the parties by their Attornies and thereupon the matters of law arising out of the rule to show cause why the
Certiorari in this cause should not be dismissed being solemnly argued, it seems to the Court on the whole matter that the law is for the plaintiff. Therefore on motion &c. it is considered by the court that the writ of
Certiorari be dismissed, that the plaintiff recover against the defendant and William Wood his security the sum of twenty five dollars and thirty seven and half cents the debt in this cause mentioned, together with his cost by him
about his suit in this behalf expended &c. |
