Henry Lyda vs.(Issd.) Ephraim Shockley & William Sparkman

Debt Motion

This day came the plaintiff by his attorney N. Haggard Esqr. and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the plaintiff had paid as security for the defendants the sum of thirty nine dollars thirty cents being the amount of a judgment and cost obtained by a certain Woodson P. White against the defendants before William C. Britain Esqr. a Justice of the peace for White County the execution of which judgement was stayed by the plaintiff for the defendants agreeably to law.  Therefore on motion of the plaintiff by his Attorney it is considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover against the defendants the sum of ( the rest of this document was on a following page, not copied)
