Ordered by Court that the following hands be assigned to Singleton Copland, Overseer of the road from where that iron Oar road crosses the road leading from White plains to rock island to the Carthage road Towit: Alexander Glenn, senr., Robert Balsh, John Hicks, Zachins Hicks, Isaac Glenn, Major Pearson, Jno Little, Hosea Little, Wm. Marlow, Washington Randles, 2 hands, James Mays, Henry Glenn, Alexander Glenn, Jur., two hands, Christopher Spencer, Booker Goard,Wm. Farlow, Nathl. Marlow, Nathan Swindle, Caleb Swindle, Robt. Scarbourough, Jas. W. Gleeson, Jos. Glenn, Robt. Glenn and all hands residing within their bounds &c
