William Edward Goad

“ William Edward Goad and his sons (William is the son of Clinton, grandson of Henry). We haven't been able to identify all of the boys, but we believe these are all of W.E.'s sons except Abie and Clint who were left in Kentucky. It is believed by another genealogist in our family that the son in the back on the far left is my great-grandfather, Joseph Newton "Newt" Goad.”

“William Edward Goad, Mary Ann Dossey (2nd wife) and  various grandchildren. This photo was taken in 1917. The occasion was  one of many Sunday Dinners which later became the Goad Family Reunion.  In listing the folks in the photo, I have listed their parents' name in  parentheses.”
