KNOW ALL MEN  that I JOHN GRIGORY for the consideration of Five and twenty
hundred pounds of tobacco in hand by me received do assign all my right and

 title to this within mentioned Land and conveyance wth all rights and privalidges with the free consent of ELIZABETH my Wife to EDMOND PAGETT his heirs and assigns forever and doe hereby oblige my heirs and assignes to acknowledge the same the next Court held for Rappa that I am thereunto required as Witness my hand & seale this 26th of Fenruary 1673/4
