KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I THEOPHILUS WHALE with the consent of ELIZABETH my Wife for a valuable consideration in hand doe acknowledge to have sold from us and our heirs forever unto RICHARD HAILE his heirs and assignes forever all the land menconed in this within written Pattent in as

 large and ample manner as it was to me granted by the Honble the Governeor and Council and for confirmacion hereof I have set my hand and seale this 4th day of January Ano 1674/5
