their heirs and assigns forever two hundred acres of land lying in the County of Rappa in the Southside of HOSKINS PEQUOTION beginning at the Pequotian side upon ELICK ROBINS line & runing for length into the woods & for breadth down the said Pequotion the said land being part of a Pattent of Two thousand & odd acres Now Know yee that I the said THOMAS GOULDMAN doe acknowledge to have sold the above mentioned land unto the persons above menconed and their heirs and assigns forever in as large and ample nianner to all intents and purposes as it was granted by Pattent from the honourable the Governor and Councill obliging myself my heirs and assigns that if any of the above said land shall be taken away by Priority of Surveigh or otherwise then to make equivalent satisfaction according to prise received & for confirmation hereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this 2 day of Januarie l674/5 in presence of us JOHN MILLS.
