 parte of a Pattent of seaven hundred & seaven acres the sd THEOPHILUS VEALE to Beginn at the uppermost corner tree standing in JOHN DANGERFIELDs outside Lyne (Vizt) his Length lyne & running for Breadth into the woods extending towards HOSKINS CREEKE & for length along downwards extending towards GILSONS MILL To Have & To Hold the sd Land wth all Rights and privilidges in as large & ample manner to all intents and purposes as is expressed in the Pattent whereunto it hath relacon with warranty that if any pte or pcell of the sd two hundred acres shall chance to bee taken away by any servey (or otherwise) then to make equivalent satisfaccon according to the price Recd Provided that if any other conveyance than this being dated May the 15th in Anno 1669 shall bee found and in Witness heerof I heerunto sett my hand and Seale the day & yeare above expressed

  On May the 5th Ano 1669 I EDMUND PAGITT acknowledged in the County Cort. of Rappa. a conveyance for Two hundred acres above expressed unto THEOPHILUS VEALE which conveyance being as is supposed lost by the Clarke of the Cort. I have thought free to signe seale & deliver this to the onely use & purpose as is above expressed.
