The cemetery is located on the West side of county road 669 about 1 ½ miles south of the intersection with M22 in section 21 of Cleveland Twp.

We have attempted to retain all possible family associations indicated by location of head stones on what appeared to be the same lot. The cemetery appears to be setup in lots of 8 spaces per lot. The Lot number one appears to be in South East corner of the cemetery. When the lot number could be accurately determined we assigned letters to the spaces left to right and front to rear. Added information is indicated by brackets ()
