MERRITT, SPINK posted by Colleen Stokes on Friday, April 7, 2000: Could someone check out these two names for a death record in Montcalm Co? Edson P. SPINK, father of Roxy A. SPINK MERRITT, and Roxy MERRITT. Edson died in 1902 and had been living with George & Roxy in Bloomer Twp in 1900. I suspect he probably died there. Also I would like information from Roxy A. Merritt's death record. She died August 11, 1938. Thank you for your help.

Their children were: Jacob H. m. Lucinda, John P. m. Matilda Filena SMITH, David, Joseph, Amasa m. Eva BUSKIRK, Betsey A., William H., Lewis L., and Lydia m. HAMILTON. John P. SALYER's children were Seth Green m. Mary Jane BABCOCK and Maryette m. Lewis CREW (later married ? KIRLY and ? WHITTING). Would love to share information.

WARD. he is burried in Mcbride cem. so is his wife as I am told by family members, but she hasn't a stone. I looked in the Cem. listing and she is not listed... Samuel and his wife Hannah had several children. have some names but don't know much about them. I have very little info on either of them.Samuel died around 1900.... Hannah was born 1852 ohio died 1936--ionia,MI they were my great great grandparents.
