"Mrs. John W. T. Gocha Died Last Sunday - Passed Away Sunday Suddenly at the Family Home On the West Side"
Aldine Victoria Gocha, wife of John W. T. Gocha, passed away suddenly at the family home in C. Street on Sunday afternoon last about 3 o'clock.
The deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Coultes and was born on their farm in Livingston township Oct- ober 19, 1889. Nine years ago she was married to John W. T. Gocha and to them four children were born, two of whom are living. Leonard Aged 7 and Lucille aged 4.
Aside from her husband and two children she is survived by her father, George Coultes who resides in Saskatchewan, sisters, Mrs. Arthur Griffin also of Canadian Northwest, Mrs Seth M. French, Mrs. Frank Newsome and Mrs. W. H. Bala; also three brothers, George Coultes, Charles Coultes and Thomas Coultes also of the Canadian Northwest.
Mrs. Gocha was a member of the local order of Lady Maccabees and of the local chapter of Royal Neighbors. The many warm personal friends of the family extended their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved husband and family and mourn with them the sad and untimely death.
The funeral which was largely attended, was held from the family home in C Street on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock the Rev. A. A. Allington, pastor of the Congregational church, officiating and the mother and infant babe were buried in the same casket in Fairview Cemetery.
Mr. Gocha's mother, Mrs. J. B. F. Gocha, and sister, Mrs. Arthur Stovel of Caro arrived Tuesday morning to attend the funeral.
