Our office policy regarding genealogy searching is as follows:

There is a $5.00 fee for a five-year search and an additional $3.00 fee for any additional years to be searched. You must be specific as to the years that you wish searched.

The records in this office are filed by date and then by name. We must know the exact dates and names in order to find the record.

The above information must be specific as to each individual you are requesting information on. We cannot give photocopies of any records. We are required by law to give only certified copies.

OUR FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Certified copies of Death, Birth & Marriage $10.00

Additional copies of same record $4.00

***For a prompt return of your request please enclose a self addressed stamped envelope with all requests.

Genealogical research is done as a courtesy to the public it is not mandated by law. Please be patient with our staff as we do process these requests as time permits. We will forward your research information as soon as possible.
