May 26, 1875 - Paid to City of Port Huron for Cemetery grounds $300.

The first Sexton was Theodore Krafft and cemetery was put in his custody.

Original workers on graveyard; paid wages: Moses Burns, Stephen D’Eau, J. Hoffman, Mike Kendall, P. McEnearney, Richard Moore, J. Perris, Thomas Ryan, Alo Sayant, J. Whalen, and T. Whalen.

Will Gavinerty was probably the first person buried. 1875 Gavinerty, Will 7-20-1875
