Waterford Genealogical Society

Waterford Twp., Oakland Co., Michigan, USA

Our Objective

The society will promote and encourage an interest in genealogy among it's members and the general public. Working closely with the Waterford Township Public Library, the society aims to educate and enhance research opportunities.

History with its flickering lamp stumbles along the trail of the past, trying to reconstruct its scenes, to revive its echoes, and kindle with pale gleams the passion of former days.
~Winston Churchill

Our 13th Annual Waterford Genealogical Society Lock-In was once again a huge success thanks to our hard working very helpful members, the Waterford Twp., Public Library and these great presenters:
Kris Rzepczynski, Katherine Willson, Karen Krugman, Tom Koselka, Vesta DeRiso, Dr. Jim Sims and members Kathy Stricher, Julia Hanneman-Schoenbach and Chuck Dewey)
