We are looking for information on the Johann CZARNETZKI family who immigrated in 1886. They landed in New York on 16 Oct.then traveled to Minnisota. They purchased land in Clay county, Skree twp. [Township 138 n, Range 45 w, section 20] in August, 1890. We believe Johann Ferdinand had an older brother who had immigrated earlier but we have no other information on him.

Any information on this family will be appreciated and we will forward what info we have, if you are interested.

Looking for information on Leon Darwin BROWN, born Aug. 2, 1845, Michigan, married Clara Sophia CLARK, June 9, 1880, and moved to Glyndon, Minnesota. He was principal of a school and Clara taught. They had 2 daughters there, Winifred Elizabeth and Gail Violett. She died 1881. Anyone who knows anything about his family,please contact me.

I am looking for any information on my great grandfather. Thomas Patrick CUMMINGS. Born: April 1872 Minn. Have located him on the 1900 census. Living in the Township of Morken, in Clay County.Cannot locate him after that. According to census his parents were born in Ireland. Married Margaret Kelly 1890's in Chicago, had daughter - Alice Irene Cummings 1895, Chicago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Would anyone have access to the 1905 State Census and if so could you please do a lookup to see if he was still in the town of Morken.
