Looking for information on Alexander (Sandy) McLEAN and wife Jesse STEWART. Lived and raised three children in Moorhead, Minnesota. Alexander McLean was born in Canada in 1858 and died in the line of duty as a police officer in Moorhead Feb. 17,1898. The three children were, Virgina Ann, Sarah and Stewart. Any iformation concerning Williaim BARRY or his wife Annie or his children Cecelia Barry Mikkelson and Ronald Barry will be appreciated. He was asherrif somwhere in the Felton area. and belonged to the Catholic Churach in ADA and presumbaly is buried there as is his wife. He also was a grain dealer in Felton.

HOLTER/HOLTE/SORENSON Ole SORENSON (wife Ingeborg OeTVEDT) and his sister Anne SORINE (husband Ole OLSEN) came from Norway to Caledonia in the mid to late 1800's. There were two other siblings, Hans and Soren, but don't know if they emigrated with the others. They lived in a town called Holter in Norway. Ole and his wife changed thier last name to HOLTER. Anne Sorine and her husband changed thiers to HOLTE. The HOLTE's eventually went up to Ulen, MN while the HOLTER's ended up in WI. Any information on these families is appriciated.

Looking for family of Anders Brastua married to ? with son Ole Brastua. Thought to have lived in Twin Valley. Anders' wife is thought to be buried in Keene Cemetery, Ulen area, Clay County, but no marker stone found. I have been told Anders is the brother of Anne Sorine Holte of Ulen. Has anyone heard of these people?
