LOUISE LOEWEN, 79, of Mountain Lake, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2002; born July 17, 1923, in rural Cottonwood County, she was the daughter of Frank F. and Katharina Wiebe Loewen.; survived by two brothers, Frank Loewen, Sioux Falls, S.D., Alfred (Carol) Loewen, Edmonds, Wash.; and five sisters, Luella Loewen, Mountain Lake, Sarah Loewen, Mountain Lake, Clara Schultz, Mountain Lake, Edna (Peter) Dick, Willmar, Elfrieda (Harold) Fast, Alexandria; burial in Mountain Lake Cemetery
