Request for burial records policy as of March 2003.

Please read the following guidelines CAREFULLY before contacting the cemetery for burial records.

1. There will be no charge for requesting 4 names or less, but a large SASE is required.

2. For 5 or more request there is a charge of $20.00 + a large SASE, but no limit to the number of requests. Please do not abuse this by sending in 4 or less requests separately. They will discontinue the service if they see this happening. Be FAIR.

3. For common surnames names i.e. Smith, Johnson, Anderson, Jones, etc. they will need first names or initials, and approximate date of death.

4. Address all correspondence C/O "Sandy". She is a volunteer who comes in to lookup records. The turnaround time will depend on how many requests she has.

Information may vary, but the records from 1900 to 1930 will only give a date of death, date of burial, and location. From 1930 on an obituary may be available. From the 1950's-1960's the name of the funeral home may be available.
