Teigland-Gunderson

Last Saturday [June 18, 1921], Hans O Teigland and Marie Gunderson were united in marriage at Hendricks. The ceremony was performed by Rev O L Christensen. The bride was attended by Miss Susan Smith, as bridesmaid, while the best man was Sidney Smith.

The bride is a niece of Mrs Carl Mueller, of this village, and came from Norway about a year ago; during most of the time she has made her home on the Teigland farm.

Hans O Teigland is a son of Mr and Mrs S L Teigland, who were among the earliest settlers of this community, locating in the town of Nordland, three miles south of Minneota, in the early seventies. The Teigland family is one of the best known of this community and needs no introduction to Mascot readers. Hans has always lived on the old homestead and is a quiet and industrious man.

Mr and Mrs Teigland left for Minneapolis Saturday night and are expected to go to Wisconsin before returning.

The Mascot extends its best wishes.
