Carpathian Mountains of southern Poland
The balance of the morning will include a presentation
on the history of Catholism in Poland
concluding with a open discussion with a
Poor Clare Sister who lived in a Polish
monastery during the communist
period. Hope to see many of you at
this event.

The Polish
Genealogical Society of MN, in partnership
with the Minnesota Genealogical Society,
many of its branches and affiliates, is
sponsoring a conference focused on Central
and Eastern European Genealogy.
Nationally respected speakers will be
presenting and there will be a complete
“Polish Track” of seminars. The
event has a keynote speech on Friday
evening, then the classes follow on
Saturday. Registration information will be
available through the MGS
website (mngs.org). The
presentation schedule is attached.
This will be worth the drive to Inver
Grove Heights, MN and takes the place of
the Society’s membership meetings in
April and May this year. Plan now to
participate in the best conference for
Polish searchers offered in this state for
many years!

and also on the first Saturday of the month
from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
