       Mr. and Mrs. John Apuli visited in the cities over the weekend.
       Miss Geneva Tronson spent the weekend with relatives in St. Paul.
       The Birthday Club met Saturday evening at the home of Mrs. H. M. Aune.
       Clancy Keefe, Leo Schmid and Frank Steffl of Clements spent the weekend in Minneapolis.
       The Needle Jammers sewing club met Tuesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. J. C. Budik.
       J. A. Baikie was here from St. Paul to spend the weekend with Mrs. Baikie and Miss Lorna Baiki e.
       Mrs. R. V. Kinney entertained a group of friends at dinner last Tuesday evening in honor of Mr. Kinney's birthday.
       Mrs. L. J. Schottendauer was a guest when Mrs. Andrew Rans of near Springfield entertained last Saturday afternoon.
       Mrs. Minnie Hagen and Mrs. Anna Tordsen went to Appleton Saturday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Tordsen's brother, C. Schmidt.
       Mr. and Mrs. Fred Murset and daughters Misses Alma and Luverne visited Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Murset at St. Paul Sunday, November 7.
       Recent Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Steele were Mrs. Steele's sister, Mrs. James Sallee with Mr. Sallee and children of Morton.
       Mrs. J. A. Baikie who is here from Remer on a visit was guest of honor when Mrs. W. M. Smith entertained last Thursday at an informal one o'clock luncheon.

       The L. of H. Lodge will sponsor a public card party at the Legion hall on Monday, Nov. 22, at 8 p.m. Whist and 500 will be played. Price 20c. Everybody invited.....
