MRS. WILDA KING

 

    Funeral services for Mrs. Edwin King, 83 Seaforth Minnesota, were held in Echo, Minnesota, Aug. 23 with the Rev. Elmer King officiating. Burial was in Redwood Falls Cemetery MN
    Mrs. King was born Sept. 2, 1894 to Mr. and Mrs. Ole Mattern at Lake Preston, South Dakota. She grew up in South & North Dakota and married James Warner. They had three sons and in 1929 moved to MN. Mr. Warner died in
1934.  In 1937 she married Edwin King in Seaforth. 

    Survivors include her husband, Edwin; two sons, Floyd and Ray Warner of Seaforth; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Marvin Mattern of Mesa, Arizona, Earl Mattern of Princeton, Minnesota and Eldridge Mattern of Minot, North Dakota; one sister Lena Evanger of Campbell, California.  Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Van Dyke and Mrs. Paul Poppen of De Smet, attended the funeral. Mrs. King was Mrs. Van Dyke's Aunt.
