F. KOECHLER, 64, BURIED TUESDAY
Fredrick Koechler, 64, died Saturday at his Delhi
township home where he had resided for the last 25 years.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Odlaug
chapel and at St. John's Lutheran church with Rev. E. A.
Birkholz in charge.
Pall bearers were August Knapp,
John Arnett, Reinhold Raddatz, George Federly, Harry Brown,
and Winfield Rausch.
Mr. Koechler is survived by his
wife and sons, Joseph and Albert of Redwood Falls and
Julius on the home place.
He was born September 30, 1872 in
New Stenten Province Pommern, Germany, the son of Ludwig
and Charlotte Koechler. He came to the United States
February 2 6, 1892 and moved to his Delhi farm 25 years
ago. His wife is the former Ida Schmidt.
