Richard Bell (1842 - 1913) lived on a fifty acre farm in the Dock near where Sidney Hardy later resided. Richard, never married, and his sisters: Ellen Bell (1832 - 1914), Margaret Bell (1830 - 1912), and Mary Bell (1840 - 1865) are buried in the Old Dock Cemetery. The Bell farm was purchased by Charles Yeo and the house in which they lived has disappeared.
