On Sunday August 7, 1803, the Polly landed at Orwell Bay with aproximately 300 emigrants mainly from the Isle of Skye. Among these passengers were Donald O'Dockarty, his wife, Anne Stewart, and their 6 children. Donald O'Dockarty was granted 100 acres on Lot 58 at Pinette by Lord Selkirk on April 7, 1806.
