Ignatz Tisel, 95, a pioneer Virginia resident, died Thursday in the Virginia hospital. Survivors include a son, Ignatius L. "Ted", Minneapolis; a daughter, Sister Rosalyn, Duluth, four grandchildren and a great grandson. Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Virginia. There will be a recitation of the Rosary at 8 p.m. today in the Graham & Son Funeral Home
