Search Engines

Search engines can be very useful for doing any kind of a search. For genealogy purposes you would type "your surname" + genealogy, like this: Anderson + genealogy. The search engine will return hyperlinks for every web page it finds with Anderson and the word genealogy. I have used search engine for finding not only surnames but locations -just remember to use St.+ Louis + County + MN + genealogy (If you do not narrow your search it would check for every page that has the word St., every page that has the word Louis, every page that has the world County.....etc. I have made some connections on my lines using search engines, I hope you do too!
