LAMB, Emily Caroline (Nee Oliver)

LAMB, Emily Caroline (Nee Oliver), was the fourth daughter of Wabasha County pioneers, Orris and Martha Oliver of Guilford Township. Emily was born 1852 at Rouse's Point, NY, Clinton County and came to this county in 1858 at the age of 6. She married Edmund J. Lamb and resided in Rochester, MN. for the remainder of their days. One child was born of this union, Martha, who married (1st) Harvey Gates and (2nd) Clason. Emily Lamb died June 3, 1923 and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Rochester, MN. Edmund Lamb died December 23, 1926 and is also buried at Oakwood Cemtery.
