DAVIDSON'S STORE 1922

This picture is the old store that set right across from his house on hwy 23 just south
of AR state line. It is dated 1922.  Davidson was related to the Farwell family.

Probably Rex Davidson folks. Keith Davidson lives in Cassville maybe his great-granddad. Not sure.

Joseph Hernanda Davidson was born August 15, 1865 in Rocky Mount, Miller, MO, he married Nancy J. Hilton December 20, 1885.  She was born April 9, 1871 in Huntsville, Madison Co., AR, the daughter of John Anderson Hilton and his wife Sarah Elizabeth Workman Hilton.  Joseph Davidson died March 26, 1941 and Nancy Hilton Davidson died December 15, 1915 and both are buried in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Carroll Co., Arkansas.  Joseph's father was William Franklin Davidson and his mother was Cordelia Hicks Davidson.
 
Their children were Ethel M. Davidson, Rosco Davidson, Mary A. Davidson, Elmer Polk Davidson, Asa Davidson, John H. Davidson, and Thelma J. Davidson.
 
Joseph's wife's sister, Sarah Eveline Hilton, married Otis Warner Farwell.
 
Joseph and Nancy's son, Elmer Polk Davidson married Jesse Susan Easley daughter of Green Berry Easley, Jr. and his wife Eliza Lorane (Tow) Easley.  Elmer Polk Davidson and Jesse Easley Davidson's daughter, Opal Davidson married Bee Easley son of Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Russell) Easley.  Another daughter, Bee Faye Davidson, married Newton Hailey.
 
Oak Hill Cemetery where several of the Davidson's family are buried and also the Davidson Store is in Carroll Co., AR close to the Barry Co., MO, state line.
