Pictured above are students and teachers at Ridgley School which was located on Highways 78 and 86 midway between Exeter and Wheaton Mo.  Teachers were Leah Lauderdale and Roy Packwood.  There was no date on the photo but the estimated year is 1926-28.  According to Carl Montgomery who submitted the photograph, "My brother Raymond Montgomery is front row seated third from right.  My brother Clayton Montgomery is in third row 7th from right.   Clayton will be 87 in April of  this year and is still actively livestock farming on the Montgomery farm settled in 1842.
