Apr 23, 1999 - Note from Frankie (Carlin) Meyer

There are only two graves in Carlin Cemetery. The Carlin family moved to the Barry County area from Virginia in the 1850's.  They owned the farm where the cemetery is located. Their home was in a valley to the east of the cemetery.  The cemetery site and its name were registered at the courthouse at Cassville in the 1960's.
