Nelzen and to this union three sons were born. On May 12, 1984, in Shell Knob, she married Wiley G. Allbright. She and her first husband owned and operated J & N Pump Service. In 1983 she moved to Shell Knob from McPherson, Kan. At the special request of Lola, no services will be held and her body will be cremated. Burial will be at Lake Park Memorial Gardens.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Glenda and Rita; two sons, Jim and Bob; and two brothers. The body has been cremated.

Research Note: John Orrin Brawner, age 76, of Shell Knob, died April 19, 2005, at his home. He was born October 26, 1928, in Riverton, Illinois, the son of Orrin and Pauline Loveless Brawner. He was a self-employed carpenter and moved to Shell Knob in 1991. He was a member of Shell Knob Eagles Lodge 4155 and Illinois Carpenters Local Union 16. He married Delores Jane Martin on March 10, 1973, in Illiopolis, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his one son, William; one step-son, Robert; his step-mother, one brother, one sister, and one step-sister.

SSW: June - Research Note: WWII Veteran, serving on the USS LST 1059 in the Pacific in 1945. Preceded in death by his wife June. Art made his living as an Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineer. He retired in 1979 from the Federal Aviation Agency in Pomona, New Jersey as an Instrument Engineer. Upon retirement from the FAA, he was recruited by Martin Marietta in Louisiana to work as an Instrument Engineer on the Space Shuttle project and helped to engineer the design of the external fuel tanks that are used to propel the Space Shuttle into space.
