He was born July 8, 1917, in OK, and was a son of Jasper Newton and Elizabeth (Goswick) Tidmore. He was retired from Jumping-Jacks Shoes in Monett and was an employee of the Monett Special Road District. He attended First Free Will Baptist Church in Monett.
