Headline Butterfield Woman Dies After Long Illness

Cassville, Mo., June 24 - Mrs. Rhoda Elizabeth Hilburn, 62 years old, died Sunday at her home in Butterfield after a long illness. she was a lifelong resident of this area.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Grace Carey of Cassville, Mrs. Gertha Niskern of Cunningham, Kan., Mrs. Lois Utter of Butterfield, Mrs. Wymona Morgan of the home and Mrs. Thelma Stowe of San Francisco: three sons, Harvey Hilburn of Butterfield, Estel Hilburn of Kansas City and Wayne Hilburn of San Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Linley of Butterfield and Mrs. Annie Weed of California and two brothers, William Caterman of Granby and Andrew Carterman of Cassville.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday afternoon in the Butterfield Baptist church by the Rev. Ab Eddie and the Rev. S. S. Van Zandt. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery under the direction of the Culver funeral home.
