The stones in this cemetery were transcription by Darla Marbut and in 2006 all of the stones in this cemetery were photographed by Jack Fly. Jack completed the project in the fall of 2006.

Early death certificates list this cemetery as Spring Grove Cemetery.

Viney Creek Cemetery Association has removed and reworked the old Viney Creek sign that used to be out on the main road to the cemetery (pictured below). They have saved the lettering and reworked it into a new sign that now sets at the entrance to the cemetery. They have also added a new pipe gate so that the cemetery can be locked after dark. This photo is of the new gate.

Directions: Take highway 86 to Golden, MO, turn on Highway J go to Farm Road 2260 turn right go to FR 1225 turn left. The cemetery is less than 1/4 mile on the right with black iron entry with name Viney Creek Cemetery on it.
