This is a picture of the Corsicana school. Montez Duncan was the teacher. On the back row # 1 on the left is Donald Warner. In front of him is Frances Bates whose father owned the only store in Corsicana (sometimes called Gadfly). The three boys with the hats are the Bartkoski brothers. The smallest is Danny and one of the others is Norman, I cannot remember the name of the other one. This picture was taken about 1933. This school building was destroyed by a tornado in the early 40's that destroyed the store, canning factory and several homes. *** Lawrence L. Coatney is the first person on the right with the dark hair and bibs. Charles Coatney, 04-09-2007
