Obituaries, death notices and death certificates are also being added to our county files. Post submissions on the temporary pages given below. Note Pad should be used for e-mailing other text information. When sending photos the subject line of e-mail must state the cemetery name. Send each cemetery in a separate e-mail message - no mixed messages, please. Crop all photos that have been scanned. Please don't send full pages of the scan - in other words cut off the white paper. Please turn photos in a viewing direction - not sideways. Try and get photos with readable data. If we can not read the data then there is no purpose for the photo. Tip - Shaving cream rubbed on a stone helps to highlight names and dates - and does not harm the stone. Digital photos are preferred. Photos should be between 100kb and 300kb to be useable.
