  • When sending photos the subject line of e-mail must state the cemetery name.
  • Send each cemetery in a separate e-mail message - no mixed messages, please.
  • Crop all photos that have been scanned. Please don't send full pages of the scan - in other words cut off the white paper.
  • Please turn photos in a viewing direction - not sideways.
  • Try and get photos with readable data. If we can read the data then there is no purpose for the photo.
  • Tip - Shaving cream rubbed on a stone helps to highlight names and dates - and does not harm the stone.
  • Digital photos are preferred.
  • Photos should be between 100kb and 300kb to be useable. 
  • Send photos in .gif or in .jpg format to Donna Cooper
  • Add your cemetery records on this page - online - at this link. 
  • NO PDF FILES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
